CAULIFLOWER FRIED RICE – EASY & HEALTHY!

A traditional Chinese stir fry meal is given a healthy change using cauliflower fried rice. It is made with cauliflower rice, a variety of veggies, sesame oil is then added. Enjoy this popular low-carb dish for a convenient evening meal or as a breakfast.

Ingredients:

Grab the below-mentioned ingredients to make a Costco cauliflower fried rice: 

  •  1 medium head of cauliflower
  •  2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced.
  • 1/2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 1/2 small onion, diced.
  • Large carrot diced small.
  • Green onion
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • Red and green capsicum  
  • Tofu

Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe!

Follow below-mentioned instructions to make a Costco cauliflower fried rice:

  • Slice the head of cauliflower in half, then slice off the cauliflower florets from the stem. Place in hot water or little boil it.
  • For rice: half cook the rice in rice cooker.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a large wok or pan on medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 20 seconds, then stir in the onions, carrots and white parts of the green onion and red and green capsicum and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add the cauliflower rice and peas and stir together for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Create a well in the middle of the cauliflower rice and tofu in rice Use your spatula to stir.
  • Add the green part of green onion and mix well.
  • Garnish it with some sesame seeds and sesame oil.
